Gig Harbor location: The facility if clean, in great, brand new condition. Difficulties---very frustrating is trying to access entry using cell phone. It often takes a long time for the system to hook up. Sometimes cannot get access and have to go to front office for help. I am told that if I push the circle button with the arrow before getting to storage--it will work better. That sometimes help, sometimes not. This issue must be resolved. I also find opening the overhead door very difficult--and I am not weak. I appreciate that the doors are sealed tightly from moisure and frankly that is most important--but if there is a way to make these door just a little easier to open, that would be appreciated. May I spray something on the guides to facilitate that effort? Bob Hicks

Stor-it-here is awesome the girls working were friendly and super helpful with me moving into another unit so it's more accessible for me to get in and out of easier. I definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a safe nice and easily accessible storage to keep your items in👍
